With KiKom, we support childcare facilities such as kindergartens, after-school care programs, lunchtime care services, and open all-day schools, as well as the fields of youth, disability, and elderly care.

Taking into account the highest security standards, KiKom enables simple and structured communication between facilities and their clients (such as parents, relatives, teenagers, legal guardians) as well as within internal teams. With our all-in-one solution, clients and employees in different life and care situations can manage different facilities and care scenarios through ONE solution with a single account.

Through structured communication combined with fully integrated organizational and management tools (attendance tracking, scheduling, billing, form center, calendar), processes and workflows become more efficient, thereby relieving staff members. Managers and providers gain a transparent overview of all activities in the organization and can ensure quality standards and organizational guidelines through authorization concepts, templates, and overarching account management.

Employees and clients can access the platform across devices via the Internet browser on a PC or laptop as well as on the go through smartphones or tablets using the app.

A detailed role and authorization concept regulates access rights for providers, management, employees, parents/relatives as well as direct clients (e.g., nursing home residents).
